Early Morning Light with a Leica M 28mm Summicron

These were images I shot early in the morning as the sun was beginning to rise over the horizon.  I used the 28mm ASPH f/2.0 lens on my M9-P.  I used it wide open which resulting in some natural vignetting.  This particular lens has such little distortion and tremendous color reproduction.  I have to say, I love this lens more than the summilux 35mm lens.

This post also serves as a test of the Portfolio Slideshow Pro plugin by Momnt.  I’m happy with the results, although adding images is a slower process.
